One evening. 5 coaches. 15-minute sessions. Life starting to be solved.
We've taken the concept of speed dating, and applied it to coaching. We know there are an abundance of coaches in the Bay Area. We also know that it can be terribly hard to find the one that you really want to work with. So we're taking the guesswork out of finding a life coach by bringing in five practitioners whose areas of expertise include career, personal growth, romance, burn out, transitions, and health.
Over a fun and fast-paced evening, you'll get to meet and talk with each of the coaches, to get a glimpse of the issues you want to work on, and maybe even the person you want to work on them with. This is part life overhaul, part coach dating!
We'll have 5 stations for our coaches, and you'll get to rotate between them every 15 minutes. We'll provide drinks and snacks. And we'll also take away that intimidation factor that comes with finding a life coach.
The coaches for the evening include:
Brian Basham: Brian is an executive coach based in San Francisco. He works with entrepreneurs and leaders who seek to create deeply connected and trusting teams. Drawing on a decade of improv comedy experience, he challenges beliefs with curiosity and playfulness as he takes individuals and organizations through a journey of self-discovery. He loves working with teams, offering retreats and 360 reviews in addition to individual coaching.
Jen Coffey: Jen had a professional career in public health and human services in San Francisco before leaping toward her dreams of breaking out of the office to write poetry, dance in galleries around the world, and hold sacred space for transformation. She is currently an Apprentice with the School of Movement Medicine and brings a strong focus on embodiment into her coaching practice. She enjoys working with clients that want to make a stronger day to day connection with mind, body and spirit.
Tim Lea: Tim is a director, playwright and television writer/producer recently transplanted to the Bay Area where he is establishing a life coaching and leadership development practice. His work centers on the sacred nature of the inner narrative, and how it can be accessed and explored to create environments for fuller living.
Tamsen Mitchell: Trained as an architect, at the Mackintosh School of Architecture / Glasgow School of Art, Tamsen has spent 20 years in the technology industry and has deep agile and lean experience. Her experience from Activision, Pixar, LinkedIn and Salesforce provides a robust visual and storytelling basis for a range of topics. She specializes in leadership coaching, facilitation, and strategic visioning.
The evenings coaches are Co-Active coaches trained by the Coaches Training Institute®, commonly known as CTI®. This group of coaches has a very specific toolkit and skill set which can make all the difference. They are all invested in their training, practice, and see the results. Here's more info about CTI in case you're interested in knowing more.
Btw all of the coaches involved in this evening are open to taking on clients at a sliding scale rate, should you decide to work with one of them.
