Are you longing for deeper connection with yourself, others and the world around you? This year, come and treat yourself to the soul-feeding goodness of heartful, authentic connection with yourself and others! This monthly women’s circle will provide an opportunity for you to

  • Step away from the busy-ness of daily life and make space for yourself

  • Form deep relationships with like-minded, like-spirited women

  • Share authentically from the heart in a safe and supportive environment

  • Access your deeper intuition through guided meditation and other supportive practices

  • Gain support from the natural cycles and rhythms of the earth and learn how to work with them to support your personal process

  • Honor personal transition and change through group ritual and ceremony

The groups will meet on the Third Tuesday of the month from 7:00-8:30/9.

This Women’s Circle will be led by Emily Swanson, local psychotherapist and mother. Emily’s work is trauma-informed and focuses on helping people find true belonging within themselves and the larger community. She is passionate about helping people move through pain and hardship to a place of inner clarity, strength and joy.  A trained facilitator of Joanna Macy’s The Work that Reconnects, she facilitates women’s groups and workshops that develop nature connection, authenticity, and resilience in the midst of a rapidly changing world. Emily is a member the GoWild Institute teaching team and leads the ecotherapy program at BaysideMarin.
